External and internal walls
Perlite blocks for all walls of your house, based on the agreed plans. Delivered as individual blocks for laying on site.
Windows and entrance door
Windows and the entrance door are included in your structural kit. We agree dimensions and specifications together for your project.
Roof structure
The roof structure is included. Construction by the building partner is priced separately.
Brick-effect facade panels
Facade panels with an insulating layer combine a brick-effect finish with thermal insulation. Specifications and insulation performance are agreed in your individual quote.
Decorative interior panels
Decorative panels for your interiors are included in the kit. Design, material and scope of supply are agreed to suit your project.

We agree the exact scope for your project.
Materials and construction are separate.
Construction is carried out by a building partner. It is quoted separately and is not included in the kit price.

01Do I need a finished drawing?
No. A description of your idea is enough for an initial enquiry. An existing drawing or floor plan helps us understand your project. We then clarify which documents are needed for a quote.
02What is included in the structural house kit?
Perlite blocks for external and internal walls, windows, an entrance door, the roof structure, insulated brick-effect facade panels and decorative panels for interior finishing. Design and structural engineering are also included, with the exact scope agreed for your project.
03Do you deliver prefabricated wall panels?
No. We supply individual perlite masonry blocks. All external and internal walls are built on site.
04Is construction included in the price?
No. A building partner carries out construction. You receive a separate quote; construction is not included in the kit price.
05How much does my kit cost?
Your quote is based on your drawing or agreed plans and the specific scope of supply. We therefore do not advertise a flat-rate house price.
06Can I do some of the work myself?
Any work you want to do yourself must be agreed in advance, taking your project and skills into account. The building partner carries out construction.
07Are roof covering and the foundation slab included?
They are not included in the scope described so far. Roof covering, foundations, floor slabs and any other materials or services must be expressly clarified in your individual quote.
