Your agreed house plans are the basis. Scope and specifications determine your individual kit quote.
Perlite blocks for external and internal walls, windows, entrance door, roof structure, insulated brick-effect facade panels and decorative panels for interior finishing. Design and structural engineering are also included, within an agreed scope.
Construction is carried out by the building partner. It is quoted separately and is not included in the kit price.
Foundations, floor slabs, roof covering, waterproofing, additional insulation, delivery, unloading and installation services must be clarified in the specific quote. They are not automatically included in the package described.
Building services, interior fit-out and other work must also be considered in your overall plans. The kit price and the total cost of your house are therefore different things.
